What does massage mean?
Not all massages are the same. A massage is as individual as every person has her own personality and story. Our muscles store every emotion, whether joy, sadness, anger, despair, exhaustion, trauma, simply ALL sensations!! These emotions remain stored for a lifetime. We can deal with some, but less with others. Every person feels and acts differently. Personally, I don't want to judge, but rather try to empathize. In collaboration with people and through this feeling, I release knots and tensions in the appropriate places in order to make everyday life easier.
